fibre cement, stainless steel
2008, developed in collaboration with Eternit AG and WMF AG (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik)
A special property of the material Eternit makes it ideal for cooling liquids. Left unsealed, Eternit can absorb damp/water. At room temperature, the constant release of moisture results in evaporation chill, which cools the bottle. By means of this simple principle – earlier used by the Romans – wine can be kept at a constant low temperature for long periods.
